Using brain-based bodywork and targeted supplemental techniques, we assess where your child is developmentally, identify foundational skills that may be underdeveloped or missed, and create a clear, individualized plan to support forward progress. She has an additional Masters in Child Development and is a MNRI (Masgutova Method) Core in Training. She is a Unyte provider of Sound Based Therapeutic Intervention including ILS, SSP, and RRP. Cristy uses a neurodvelopmental polyvagal-informed approach that emphasizes growth, resilience, and skill development. In addition to her professional background, Cristy is a parent of two children, one of whom is neurodivergent, an experience that meaningfully informs her collaborative, family-centered approach. Outside of work, she enjoys running and exercise, reinforcing her belief in movement as a foundational tool for regulation, resilience, and lifelong health. Cristy believes that development and progress is possible and that she can help you access the conditions for growth and success.
